Stop Vaping

I am now approaching my 7th week with absolutely no vaping. Not only this but hypnotherapy has had a wonderful effect on my life. After the session my desire to vape was completely gone. In the Zone – Sports Focus

I’ve trained regular for over 30 years, circuit training and weightlifting. The last few months my focus had been very low due to personal issues and trying to push myself through had become hard. I was recommended to Gaynor via another gym buddy. I had a few sessions with her about being more in the zone and focused. Since this my training has been loads better and I push myself a lot more. How do Hypnotherapy sessions work?

The first session really involves getting to know you and gaining a good understanding of your goals and expectations. It is important to make sure we have all relevant information and medical history so that we give you the best therapeutic approach.  This session normally takes 1 – 1 1/2 hours and will include hypnotherapy work. Future sessions are 1 hour and structured around listening to your needs  followed by appropriate hypnotherapy work.  

How much does a Hypnotherapy session cost?

Sessions are priced at £50 per hour. We are solutions focused and work on giving you the tools and techniques to move forward.
